Scott Fogle is a co-founder and co-president of Advocate Networks, LLC.

Before co-founding Advocate Networks in 2001, he was an executive vice president, sales and operations for Dantis, Inc., a managed hosting services provider in Chicago. Before Dantis, Scott was a senior vice president of marketing and sales for two years at Rapid Link Communications, an international telecom service provider. Before Rapid Link, he spent three years at Scientific-Atlanta and eight years at AT&T/NCR.

Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with honors from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1987.

Scott Fogle has 20 years experience in international business development, management and leadership within the communications and computing industries. During his career, he has managed a 1,300 person professional services division, a $200 million business, and operations in the US, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Scott is also a co-founder of TeleRazor Technologies, LLC, a telecom expense management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Advocate Networks.

Tim Wise is a co-founder and co-president of Advocate Networks, LLC.

Before co-founding Advocate Networks in 2001, Tim was a co-founder and chief operating officer at Rapid Link Communications, an international telecom service provider. At Rapid Link, he was responsible for the engineering and deploying the network, operations support systems development and operations, customer services, legal and administrative services for the company.

Before Rapid Link, Tim practiced law for three years with Nelson, Mullins, Riley & Scarborough in Charleston, South Carolina.

Tim obtained a juris doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina Law School in 1994 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with honors, from the University of South Carolina in 1990.

Tim Wise has 10 years of experience in financial and business case modeling, procurement and contract negotiations, project leadership, strategic planning and executive communications within the communications industry, both domestic and international.

Tim is also a co-founder of TeleRazor Technologies, LLC, a telecom expense management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Advocate Networks.
