Scott Fogle

Co-founder and Co-president

Scott Fogle has 21 years in world-wide communications and computing industries. A successful entrepreneur, he has held significant leadership assignments in domestic and international marketing, sales, operations and product management with NCR, AT&T, Scientific-Atlanta, Rapid Link Communications and Dantis, Inc. and Advocate Networks, LLC.

He co-founded Advocate Networks in 2001 and TeleRazor Technologies in 2002. He has a patent-pending on telecommunications inventory storage and management. He led the planning, development, implementation and launch of two Internet Data Centers in Chicago, IL with over 160,000 sq. ft. of raised floor including operational support systems, methods and procedures, staffing of 200 person engineering, operations, sales and customer service staff.

As VP, Product Management & Development for Scientific-Atlanta, he led the development, launch and marketing of Internet-ready satellite networks, and development of new country operations in China, Russia, Brazil and India.

He graduated Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with Honors.




Tim Wise

Co-founder and Co-president

Tim has 10 years of experience within the domestic and international telecommunications industry. He is an expert in financial and business case modeling, procurement and contract negotiations, project leadership, strategic planning, and executive communications within the communications industry, both domestic and international.

Before co-founding Advocate Networks, he was a co-founder and COO of Rapid Link Communications, an international telecom service provider. At Rapid Link, he was responsible for the company’s network engineering and deployment, operations support systems, and operations, customer services, legal and administrative services.

Tim holds a juris doctorate from the University of South Carolina Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with honors, from the University of South Carolina.




Rob Stewart

Managing Consultant and Vice President, Enterprise Consulting

Rob has over 20 years of experience with domestic and international wireline and wireless telecommunications carriers, products, contracts, and pricing. He is an expert in consulting practice leadership, client project leadership, strategic planning, and executive communications. Previously, he was a senior member of the Telwares Communications consulting team and a senior manager in Sprint’s special pricing department.

Rob has an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Princeton University.




Gerry Carson

Managing Consultant, Service Provider Services

Gerry has 10 years of experience in wholesale telecommunications pricing, business case modeling, contract negotiations, product development, and strategic analysis. During his career, he has managed wholesale wireline pricing for AT&T in 22 states and wholesale tactical and strategic pricing for BellSouth in nine states. He was a co-founder of Pan-American Access and, while at BellSouth, served in a number of roles at sales operations, BellSouth.net, strategic planning, and interconnection/wholesale services marketing and pricing.

Gerry has an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree from Emory University.




John Johnson

Managing Director, Managed Services

John has 16 years of experience in IT management. During his career, he has developed a $40 million IT expense budget, lead diverse IT teams, and delivered multiple IT process improvements and systems implementations. He previously was the director of portfolio management and IS controls at Sage Software, a small business and mid-market software company based in Atlanta, Georgia. He held a similar position at EarthLink and was an IT process improvement consultant for IBM, Deloitte Consulting, and KPMG. As a consultant, he supported multiple clients in varying industries with IT process improvements and systems implementations.

John has an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the William Paterson University.
