GEORGIA TELECOM LEGISLATION
As you may have recently read, the Georgia Legislature recently introduced a bill (SB 120) to prohibit any agency of the state, in the Georgia Public Service Commission, from imposing or implementing any requirement upon broadband services, VoIP or wireless service.
