James R. Borders
Jim Borders is founder and President of Novare Group, a world-class developer in the urban real estate market specializing in residential and mixed use development. He began his career as an attorney with Atlanta law firm King & Spalding and later practiced as a turnaround consultant at GrandWest & Associates.
Jim is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Home Builders, where he serves on the Multifamily Leadership Board.
William A. Geist
William A. Geist, Vice President with International Business Systems, is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience leading technology organizations and directing the application of information technology (I/T) for achievement of business goals. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of CDC Software, Inc.
He is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and has served in various leadership roles within TAG and its predecessor organization, the Business and Technology Alliance.
Stuart C. Johnson
Stuart C. Johnson is the managing partner of Barnes & Thornburg's Atlanta office and chair of the firm's Private Equity Practice Group. He is a corporate and transactional lawyer, and has assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate financing transactions in a variety of industries.
Mr. Johnson earned his J.D. from the University Of Virginia School of Law, where he was named to the Order of the Coif and is admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia.

Prior to founding S2 Ventures, Steve served as President & CEO of Cypress Communications a provider of Voice over IP and hosted Unified Communications.
Steve has twice been named to Catalyst Magazine's Atlanta's Top 50 Entrepreneurs list, speaks frequently at industry events, and has been published in various trade journals.
Richard S. Bergen Jr.
Richard S. Bergen Jr. is President of Broadband Communications Consultants, LLC, providing technical and operations consulting services to the wireless broadband market. Previously at BellSouth Corporation, he led efforts to plan future telecommunications technologies, deploy optical fiber in the local network, oversaw the planning, engineering, construction, and testing of a national fiber optic network in Australia, and planned the implementation of a wireless video entertainment network.
